The greatest punishment

Ibn Al-Jawzi says:

“The greatest punishment is when the one being punished does not feel his punishment, and worse than that, it is when he feels happy with what he has been punished with, such as being happy with impermissible wealth and the ability to sin, and whomever is in this state will not win (to earn) obedience”
